Correction of prominent or asymmetrical ears at JCI-accredited hospitals, with a short stay.
Otoplasty (pinnaplasty) pins back prominent ears or reshapes ears that are asymmetrical or have an uneven fold. The surgeon usually makes an incision behind the ear, where the scar is hidden, and reshapes the cartilage with sutures.
The operation is short and the stay in Istanbul is correspondingly brief. It is mainly performed in adults through this service. Treatment of anyone under 18 is assessed individually by the surgeon and needs a parent or guardian's consent and involvement.
UK private clinics publish £2,995–£4,695 on one provider. Your Istanbul quote states whether local or general anaesthesia is planned and what is included.

Tell us what you want to change. You receive an itemised quote within 48 hours with a clear list of what is and is not included. The hospital and surgeon are confirmed in writing before you pay for treatment.

Most patients stay in Istanbul for 3–5 days, subject to surgeon clearance. You wear a head bandage and later a headband for the period your surgeon specifies, and avoid contact sports and pressure on the ears for several weeks.

What to know before you travel and after you return.
Patients typically fly home 3–5 days after surgery, subject to surgeon clearance. Protect your ears from pressure and knocks on the journey. Ask your surgeon about compression stockings and moving regularly on the flight.
Operative notes, the discharge summary and any results are provided in English and forwarded to your UK GP on request. The treating hospital remains responsible for agreed follow-up. If you need urgent care at home, seek local medical help straight away. We can help coordinate communication with the hospital, but we do not provide post-operative medical care. Read what to do if something goes wrong.
You pay no coordination fee. We are paid by the hospital you are treated at, and we tell you this upfront. Deposits, payment schedules and refund terms are set by the hospital and confirmed in writing in your quote before you pay anything. Cancellation terms are in your coordination agreement — see the brokerage agreement.
